Yoghurt fruit ice cream

Ingredients

  • 400 ml yoghurt or soured milk 
  • 250 g fully ripe fruit 
  • 100 ml cream 
  • 100 g sugar 
  • Lemon juice

Preparation


Mash the fully ripe, washed fruit and add to the other ingredients, mix thoroughly, place in the freezer or freezer compartment.
