Yoghurt fruit ice cream
Ingredients
- 400 ml yoghurt or soured milk
- 250 g fully ripe fruit
- 100 ml cream
- 100 g sugar
- Lemon juice
Preparation
Mash the fully ripe, washed fruit and add to the other ingredients, mix thoroughly, place in the freezer or freezer compartment.
