Naturopathy for abdominal cramps and bloating
Moist heat is good for most gastrointestinal problems. Not just a hot water bottle, but moist heat!
To do this, place a wrung out, still wet, preferably hot towel on your bare stomach. Then place a hot water bottle on top. Cover with a towel and another towel.
Place a roll, e.g. made from a woollen blanket, under the slightly bent knees in the supine position to relax the lumbar spine. The intake of orthomolecular products with viable intestinal bacteria approx. 30 minutes before the abdominal wrap significantly increases the effectiveness of the heat application, especially in the case of diarrhoea or constipation.
If you have chronic stomach problems, please check your diet critically for e-substances etc. and consistently buy organic food and carry out detoxification and orthomolecular intestinal care.
