Brush your teeth without chemicals

Many people's sensitive gums and periodontium react to the foaming agents in conventional toothpastes. The result is bloody rinsing water every time you brush your teeth. This can be changed by using approximately ¼ capsule of magnesium-calcium. After opening the capsule, the powder is poured into the mouth and salivated for about 30 seconds. The teeth are then brushed as normal and then rinsed clean.

 If your dentist warns you that carbonates abrade tooth enamel, then take a look at the small ingredients of your toothpaste. In most cases, you will also find carbonates there as abrasives.
