PREGNASana® combines six hypo-A products that provide the expectant or breastfeeding mother with many, mainly essential vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, D, E, K, folic acid, biotin), trace elements (iron, iodine, manganese, molybdenum, zinc) and minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium). Added to this are the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA from fish oil, which our body can only produce to a limited extent.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women have a significant additional requirement for nutrients such as iron, iodine, vitamins A, B6, B12 and folic acid. With a balanced and nutritious diet, the mother provides herself and her child with essential nutrients and thus contributes to the optimal development and health of her child.
