ODS 2

Humans have always used lactic acid bacteria to preserve food longer and make it more digestible. Well-known examples are yoghurt, kefir and sauerkraut. This valuable knowledge has also been incorporated into the development of 3-Symbiose and 3-Symbiose plus. Both supplements are central components of hypo-A's orthomolecular intestinal care. For those who want to do something good for their gut, the 3-phase intestinal care is a proven concept developed by the medical practice of P.-H. Volkmann, which builds on each other and takes into account natural processes in the body: withREHA 1 for optimal preparation of the body (phase 1), with ODS 1A for care of the small intestine (phase 2) and ODS 2 for the large intestine (phase 3).

The centrepiece of ODS 2 is the unique composition of3-Symbiose plus with five selected vitamins and three bacterial cultures: the two lactic acid bacteria Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus as well as Streptococcus faecium, a typical residents of the large intestine.
