The symbiont nutrient combination ,,3-Symbiose" contained in ODS 1K provides zinc, folic acid, vitamin B12 and D3, the fibre inulin and one billion viable Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium lactis each. Both species are typical representatives of natural intestinal flora, but are also used in the production of yoghurt or cheese. How comfortable the lactic acid bacteria, which are warmly welcomeed in the gut, thrive depends to a large extent on our diet.
ODS 1K is usually used following REHA 1 as the second phase of orthomolecular intestinal care according to Peter-Hansen Volkmann and combines valuable micronutrients such as zinc, which plays a role in metabolism as a component of many enzymes, and vitamins B12 and D3, which are also relevant for intestinal motility as nerve and muscle nutrients. In addition, vitamin D3 and zinc, known immune nutrients, also benefit the many immune cells in the intestine.
Tip: Thanks to its vitamin AE + lycopene, ODS 1A also benefits the mucous membranes with its vitamin A - including in the intestines.
