ODS 1A

Our gut is a place of superlatives: it is our largest immune organ, has the largest mucous membrane surface and harbours more bacteria than humans have ever lived on earth. So it's no wonder that a healthy intestine is the best basis for health and vitality. The orthomolecular intestinal care with REHA 1, ODS 1A and ODS 2 developed by the naturopathic doctor P.-H. Volkmann is a holistic care programme that builds on each other and takes into account natural processes in the organism.

After starting with REHA 1, our body is optimally prepared for small intestine care with ODS 1A. This provides us with plenty of gut-friendly micronutrients and viable lactic acid bacteria as typical representatives of natural gut flora. The centrepiece of ODS 1A is 3-Symbiose with its high number of gut-active lactic acid bacteria: Each capsule contains 10⁹ viable Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus. ODS 1A is complemented by ß-carotene, which ensures a personalised supply of mucous membrane-nourishing vitamin A.
