The heart of ODS 1 is 3-symbiose with lactic acid bacteria, zinc, folic acid, vitamin B12 and D3. Each 3-symbiose capsule contains one billion (109) viable bifidobacterium lactis and lactobacillus acidophilus.
We know lactic acid bacteria from the production of yoghurt, cheese, sauerkraut and other lactic acid fermented foods. They break down carbohydrates and produce lactic acid. How many of these welcome guests are in our intestines depends largely on our diet.
ODS 1 is rounded off by vitamins, minerals and trace elements, some of which play an important role in metabolism and digestion. While zinc, as a component of many enzymes, plays a major role in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates, fatty acids, etc., calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes. There are also nerve and muscle nutrients such as vitamin B12 and D, which are also relevant for intestinal motility.
Tip: ODS 1K and ODS 1A are available for an even broader nutrient supply. Both provide potassium and iodine, ODS 1A also provides mucous membrane-nourishing vitamin A.
