ADEK provides all four fat-soluble vitamins - A, D, E and K -and cleverly uses synergies: While vitamins A and D complement each other in their immune effects, vitamins D and K together contribute to the stability of our bones. But ADEK can do even more:
With plant-based ß-carotene as a provitamin, it ensures a customised supply of vitamin A for the eyes, skin and mucous membranes. This is because our body can produce exactly the amount of Vitamin A it currently needs.
With vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), ADEK provides the most important physiological form of vitamin D. Whether calcium balance, bones, muscles, teeth, cell division or the immune system - vitamin D is involved everywhere. This makes it all the more important to have a good supply of the famous “sunshine vitamin”.
We also use vitamin E in exactly the form that our body can optimally transport and store: As pure RRR-α-tocopherol from vegetable oil, this fat-soluble antioxidant protects sensitive fats and lipid-rich cell membranes from oxidative stress.
The fourth component in ADEK is vitamin K1 extracted from cabbage, which our body needs for blood clotting and maintaining stable bones.
All four vitamins are embedded in organic linseed oil. This facilitates the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins while also providing valuable Omega-3 fatty acids.
